Awesome stuff! These are great! BTW, if you're interested, you can check out this old show of mine and skip to 52 minutes in: http://www.midimusicadventures.com/2013/01/ep104-x68emu/ We play around with the WinX68kHighSpeed emulator and start Castlevania at that time in the show. I'd never really he...

Hi,
I do have the QuestStudios Digital Soundtrack version of that game's soundtrack. I will add it to the site as soon as I can.

Re: SC-8850 information
I had a bit of that impression to until I heard yours. Not that midi electric guitars have to sound bad, but it seemed to me that Roland chose not to make them too good, in order to continue selling their non-midi guitar effects units and their dedicated guitar midi synthesizers. That's an interest...

Re: SC-8850 information
Wow, they sound better than any doom mixes I've heard so far! And I've heard a fair few on youtube of late. Though, I never really got into doom or any game of its genre. Your EFX edits (electric guitars and more) are quite a bit better than what I've heard the SC-8850 do so far! You did a great jo...

Re: SC-8850 information
Yeah, not many people have your resources, so that would be great! Thanks! By the way, I just posted my Doom & Doom 2 SC-8850 remixes on the main site. A zip of the MIDI files is also included. I used a lot of SysEx for the 8850's MFX and other effects. Check it out! http://www.midimusicadventu...

Re: SC-8850 information
I've been wondering if the Real World Instruments MT-32 modifications interfere with games. As mine seems fine to me and I'm not really using it professionally anyway, if he starts doing them again I doubt I'll choose to upgrade it. On occasion, I've considered buying almost all the devices you men...

Polywave.xyz | Formerly, Muki.io - A web-based MT-32 Emulator MIDI Player, among other things.
I just recently came across Polywave.xyz (Formerly Muki.io ). It's a pretty impressive in-progress web-based 'midi' player that supports many different formats. It also has the MT-32 Emulator (MUNT) built-in! I've had some great conversations with Tom, the creator of Muki, so far and have been givin...

Re: SC-8850 information
Unfortunately, I was not able to find the CD at my parent's house. I must have stashed it somewhere at my house! Haha! I'll take a look for it when I get home.
