Random MIDI Adventures…

Just signed off from doing a broadcast for almost three hours.  Sadly, I did not record it, as it was an impromptu thing, that started off with me just testing some stuff out.  It was still a lot of fun though, and thanks for all the people who were listening!

In the future, I’ll make sure to always be ready to record stuff like that.  I did write down everything that was played, so technically I could re-create the show, the only difference being without my actual comments, but I didn’t really talk much on this show anyway.

So, stay tuned for more MIDI Adventure Shows in the near future, once we schedule an official regular show time, it will be posted here.

Episode 1: Pirate Pilot!

Ahoy mateys!

Today we celebrate our independence from boredom!  We harken back, to a land, a time, most perilous…  The golden age of piracy on the high seas!  Ha-har!

Aye, twas a time when your wit had to be at least thirty-two sixteenths as sharp as your blade, lest you be a victim of a routine keelhauling or scaphism by your peers!

Arrgh, the freedom that be the sea, treasure huntery, swashbuckling adventure, and —Look behind you!  A Three-Headed Monkey!

That’s right folks!  In our “Pirate Pilot” episode of the MIDI Music Adventure Show!  We cover the awesome music of “The Secret of Monkey Island” in it’s MT-32 form, among other things.

Happy Independence Day, and I hope you enjoy the show!
